Datel Xbox Controller Driver

I am currently using the Microsoft Windows 7 64 bit operating system on my computer. When you use the Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter with the drivers provided by Microsoft, Windows recognizes 5 'axis' and 10 'buttons'. The axis' Windows recognizes are: X rotation, Y rotation (right stick), X axis, Y axis (left stick) and the Z axis is BOTH left and right triggers. My question is about the Z axis and the Guide button. Why are both triggers controlling the same Z axis? Also, why can't I assign the Guide button to a function?

This driver Microsoft provides makes it impossible to bind the triggers to 2 different functions and use those 2 functions at the same time (for example: aiming while firing) because the left and right triggers cancel each other out! In order have the left trigger as Z rotation and right trigger as Z axis (or left trigger as button 11 and right trigger as button 12), as well as assign the Guide button as button 13, one has to uninstall the (un?)supported Microsoft Driver for the Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter and replace it with one written by a Japanese man named Masahiko Morii. Why doesn't Microsoft have a Xbox 360 Wireless Adaptor driver that is configurable to assign the Guide Button to a function? Why don't they have a driver that is configurable to assign the left and right triggers to 2 separate axis? Why can't I set the linearity or the dead zone sensitivity of the controller with the MS driver? Why can't I have the 4 lights on the controller flash or spin with the Microsoft driver, yet I can with Masahiko Morii's driver?
