If the point of playing (for him) isn't just to enjoy playing, but instead to aim for the top of the boards, and he gets beat by bots who don't put in the time that he does AND don't get punished.what is the point of putting in the time? But when somebody does and blatantly gets away with it, the rule kinda loses some authority. They absolutely need to enforce it, but they need to stay on top of it, not just pick and chose when and for whom it is okay to break the rules.
